Library Fees & Charges
Central Swindon North Parish Community Libraries and Swindon Libraries apply fees and charges in the same way to ensure consistency in service across the Borough's library network. Our fees and charges at Central Swindon North Parish Community Libraries for 1 April 2019 to 31 March 2020 are shown below.

- If stock is lost and paid for but is subsequently found and returned for refund, a charge of £3 will be deducted from each refund transaction to cover administration costs.
- For stock items valued at £3 or less, no refund will be given.
- No charge is made for damage to picture/board books whilst on loan to a child under the age of 5.
