- If stock is lost and paid for but is subsequently found and returned for refund, a charge of £4 will be deducted from each refund transaction to cover administration costs.
- For stock items valued at £4 or less, no refund will be given.
- No charge is made for damage to picture/board books whilst on loan to a child under the age of 5.
